About us

Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association was established in 2004 by 26 companies, operating in the RE sector. During the general meeting of members, management of the association was entrusted to the board of ten members elected for the period of two years, which determines the main strategic directions of the association’s activities. President of the Association is also appointed during the general meeting of members.

At the beginning of 2021, the community of real estate developers consists of 65 members: developers, funders, RE service providers and law firms. The association represents business interests of its members in public institutions, as well as organises conferences and seminars for RE professionals and the general public. It also seeks to educate its community by participating in international exhibitions, arranging international occupational tours and gathering a wide “PropTech Baltic” community interested in innovations of the sector.

More about LNTPA activities – LNTPA initiatives

Why LNTPA is worth joining

President of the Association

Mindaugas Statulevičius

One of my most important tasks is to strengthen relations with related Lithuanian and international professional and business organisations in order to improve the business environment and raise standards of sector’s transparency and public accountability.

Vytas Zabilius

Chairman of the Board at the Association and Chairman of the Board at UAB “Regroup

Having gathered the best national real estate development specialists under one flag, the association became a solid and significant partner in the dialogue with public authorities. By analysing and examining the issues of sustainable urban development, it became one of the most valuable state advisers and partners in making effective and socially justified decisions or laws. By promoting the pursuit of high-quality activities, the association defines clear guidelines of ethics and transparency guidelines for its members.

Robertas Dargis

Board Member of the Association and Chairman of the Board at UAB “Eika”

Successful activities require not only a strong and devoted team of employees, but also the reliable economic partners, such as suppliers, contractors and consultants. You also need social partners, who are able to ensure a sustainable dialogue with the environment. The association is an invaluable helper here because it serves as our embassy.

Arvydas Avulis

Board Member of the Association and Chairman of the Board at UAB “Hanner”

Membership at LNTPA creates a synergistic effect when 1+1 equals more than 2, more than 3, etc. By representing our sector through the association, we are building a bridge between our community and society, whose voice is important for us in building structures that contribute to the quality of life, i.e., modern residential houses, shopping, entertainment and leisure centres, offices, etc. Value, created with support of the association, is often more important than the economic value of the building because only the created social value ensures the continuity of activities and the successful future of the company.

Egidijus Damulis

Board Member of the Association and Head of UAB “SEE Eiendom LT”

I hope that the activities performed within the association will give much better results in dialogue with the government in search of the right solutions related to the real estate business that is useful for Lithuania.

Donatas Jurevičius

Board Member of the Association and Shareholder of UAB “Eriadas”

Indrė Jonaitytė-Gricė

Board Member of the Association and partner at the Law Firm “Walles Burgienė, Rečiūnas ir partneriai”

Recently, the legal regulation of real estate development has been intensively amended. Therefore, it is very important for RE developers, owners and lawyers working in projects to maintain a strong and regular contact by jointly representing the interests of developers and owners. LNTPA is an excellent platform where you can create an added value for both the State and the business.

Aušra Mudėnaitė

Board Member of the Association, partner at the Law Firm “Sorainen” and Head of Real Estate and Construction Practice Group

The Lithuanian economy needs transparent, consistent and flexible regulation of real estate development processes, as well as effective and expeditious coordination of projects, procedures for issuing construction permits, and modern and smart administration of urban development. LNTPA makes these goals a reality step by step. It offers solutions based on experience and knowledge, speaks with a united voice of development professionals and market leaders, as well as invites businesses and public authorities for mutual dialogue. I believe that the “SORAINEN” team, which was elected as “Law Firm of the Year” will significantly contribute to the law-making initiatives of the Association, protection of the interests of its members and improvement of the business environment.

Gediminas Pruskus

Board Member of the Association and Director of UAB “Inreal valdymas”

Companies that form an association can do much more than working separately. The voice of LNTPA is better heard and trusted both by politicians and by the society because such structure is a kind of “gathering of competitors”. The paradox of the Association is that it unites the competing companies in the market for the common goal of creating a new living and operating environments. Real estate development means not only the daily works, but also development of the future urban concept; therefore, it is very important that companies working in this area would have a common vision.

Kęstutis Vanagas

Board Member of the Association and Head of UAB “YIT Lietuva

LNTPA activities encourages to understand that in order to create a sustainable environment in the country, it is necessary for the specialists engaged in real estate development to cooperate, understand and respect each other. This in turn enables all and each of us to implement one of the most important tasks of this activity – to hear the needs of society and business. Thus, we may also offer such real estate solutions that allow people to live and work comfortably. We can express our strong position only by acting together and seeking for dialogue with public institutions and organisations. Therefore, we highly appreciate the membership of this association and we are confident that its activities will expand. Thus, it will take more solid steps in the future.

Mindaugas Vanagas

Board Member of the Association and Shareholder of “Citus”

I am delighted for the gained trust and joined LNTPA board. It is a very proactive and efficient association that significantly contributes to the professional and sustainable development of real estate in Lithuania. It is a privilege and huge responsibility to be on its board; therefore, I want to create value and take advantage of available opportunities. I will contribute to the promotion of innovations and solution of law-making and other issues that are problematic for the entire RE market.
